im havin a "problem" it isnt killin me yet but its a nuisance, and its kinda embarassing.
whenever i go to start my car with the key it cranks for about 7 or 8 seconds before the thing will actually fire which confuses me! (sometimes when cold and usually when warm)
and when i start it with my remote starter when its cold it usually starts like a normal F.I. engine but sometimes even so it willl crank (what seems like forever)until it starts.
if read the haynes for this problem but im lookin to see if someone can help me pinpoint it exactly!?
and lemme know what all is gonna need to be done!!?!?

when you go to start the car and it dosent fire, is the security light on at anypoint, does the fuel pump prime??

by anychance did Bob'ss Stereo or Audiophonics do the install on the remote start?

umm im not sure about the security light or the fuel pump
how do i know if the fuel pump primes?

ive never LISTENED for it but it would have a distinct sound wouldnt it?
