SI VS SII
How difrrent are the mounts. I have to replace the SI and would like to replace it with the SII, but I do not have access to all the tools needed to mod the mounts.

Is the S2 from a 92-99? The mounts should be identical except MAYBE the rear trans mount. The front trand mount may or may not have a shock attached, but either with or without will work.
Are you using the torque axis mount on the passenger side? If not, do you have the GP mounts? Or is your motor from a 2k?
We need more details. Mounts depend on the motor AND the vehicle/frame mounting.

The motor would be going into a 89 Buick Reatta. Also I can get a motor from any year I choose I just do not have tools to be moding the motor mount to a great degree.

mmmm, that may be more of a challenge since your reatta has the LN3 in it... im not sure how similar/ different the mounts are in your car though...
