Question Accessory Drive Belt Tensioner

I have a 93 Bonneville SE, 198K. The lower bolt on the power steering pump sheered off in the Accessory Drive Belt Tensioner. We tried to tap out the remaining bolt, but the drill bit broke off inside....lucky me....now I need to remove and replace the tensioner bracket. Looks like there are 2 bolts and 2 studs that are double-nutted to hold the heater hoses. Can anyone help me before I get too far over my head and into my wallet? We are just trying to get this car to springtime.
