1995 Bonneville 3800 sc throttle body
 

I took my throttle body of to clean because car has never idled correctly since garage cleaned it a few years back. Car idles down very low (600-rpm) and sometimes stalls. I came across a little hole that has thread in it and is open, letting air in to the throttle body. I believe something connects here but no idea what. I am including a picture.
Any help would be great.
I also included a few pictures of the inside of the supercharger after I cleaned it some. Will the gum that is left in there be a problem.

The picture with the threaded hole is 1 of 3 holes for the MAF sensor. If I remember my 95 throttle body, those threaded holes did not protrude into the TB. Even if the hole did go all the way through, the screw would seal it anyway. PLUS, if it did leak, you would probably get a check engine light for a P0300 random misfire due to a vacuum leak and a HIGH idle condition.

Yea that was stupid of me, I just removed the MAF sensor a little while before I took the picture. The MAF sensor is new because the old one was bad, when ny car would run for about a hour it would not accelerate unless I unplugged the sensor. But now with the new one one the car will not idle at all when cold, I have to keep feathering the gas pedal to keep it from stalling. It is like trying to start a older car with manual choke without the choke on.

Unplug the new maf and see how it runs.
