Default Bonneville Turn signal problem

My turn signal snapped on my 92 bonneville se. its not the turn signal switch or cruise control switch that is bad, it is the little box thing inbetween both of them. and i have no idea what the part is called or how to get it off. i need help please!

no. thats what we thought it was. its the piece that the actual switch that you use for the wipers and cruise control connects into.

i cant get a picture because i cant get the piece off. if you ahve a bonneville look by the switch inside where it connects and theres like a small black box with the wires comin out. thats what i need
