Squeaking and popping, suspension problem I think
The main problem I'm seeing (well, hearing) is a squeak and some occasional pops while driving. The squeaks are only when I'm cornering or i go over the right kind of bumps in the road. The pops are generally only when I brake or accelerate, and it definitely sounds when I mash the gas enough to really raise the nose up or hit the brakes enough to lower it down (not on purpose, just happens). Note that both awkward sounds are coming from the passenger side of the vehicle near the suspension system. This makes me think I've got a suspension problem.
A video of the cruise is yet to come, I have one recorded, but I'm converting it a bit to be smaller and also waiting on youtube confirmation.

Can you specifically say where the squeak is coming from? By suspension system, do you mean the strut area, or something else? Squeaks may not always infer that there is a "problem". Not sure about the pops though.

Sounds like the strut area, right around the wheel. If I had a jack that I could trust (not getting under the jack for tire changing) I would try to agitate the wheel and make it squeak or pop.

Try turning the wheels to one side and inspecting the busings in your suspension. Not on my bonneville, but in my grand am I would experiance a popping noise. I had a busted sway bar bolt.

My 96 SE had a bad rear lower ball joint that caused popping sounds. You may want to check the fronts & rears..look for a torn boot etc. See if you can pump any grease into them with a grease gun. The bad one wouldn't take any grease. So many newer cars don't have any grease fittings, I think it'* easy for them to get neglected.
