|
UPDATE: no i still havent fixed this stupid problem (havent had time or $$$)
.... but i did take it into a shop and they said it was the Crank sensor so when i had time i changed that with the help of my brother. problem not fixed.. we scaned again and guess what code came up again... #42 Ignition Control Circuit. Needless to say i think im gonna have to shell out and get a new unit seeing as how i changed it out with a used one that didnt help (it must have been bad to) will update when i can Edit: oh and i have a weak battery to lol |
sounds like you have a short!
|
Try borrowing a battery from someone & see if it helps.

well the new ICM and coils did nothing but cost me my hard earned money. im lost without any ideas... since ive changed all these sensors and stuff its gotten worse!
GAMEOVER... what are you thinking the short could be? should try and get a used PCM and see what happens? |
I am in Calgary (Okotoks) and experiencing a similar problem. Not meant to derail, your thread just wanted to empathize. I would help you if I could, but truthfully I am at a loss with mine as well. Starts great, runs, but when I shut it off it won't restart for about 15 or so minutes. Likely will just take it to the dealer to get fixed...
PM me if you like. |
