usautobodyparts.com - opinions ?

Has anyone heard of this company, and if so, do they really have the parts they show in their online catalog?

I'm trying to help my dad find some parts for his '87 Bonneville, and this company advertises body parts that appear to be aftermarket.

Thanks in advance.

Can't say I've ever heard of them. You can check the BBB to see if they are listed.

Run as fast as you can!!!!

Learn from our mistakes. Ordered over a month ago. Finally got a hold of the company last week and was told bumper ends were damaged and new ones were coming in-expect shipment 3/18. Called 3/18 and told radiator support was damaged not bumper ends and new one was coming in 3/20 expect shipment to go out 3/21. Called today and was told shipment went out 3/16 but no tracking number available. Called again and got a tracking number. Contacted shipping company and was told tracking number was a made up number. Shipping company explained what each digit meant and unless us autobody parts shipped my products on 3/20/1915 (which would make the parts VERY late)-tracking number doesn't exist. When I called the rep again she hung up on me when I informed her that I know she lied. Do not deal with this company. Please help me pass the word. My 16 year old has been trying to fix his car with his own money and now he is probably out of the money he spent with this company.

If he paid with a credit card, it can be disputed. If he paid with paypal, it can be disputed. I would advise taking the proper action to dispute the charges.

If he paid with a federal money order, that could also be disputed as well, it might take some time and dedication to deal with the red tape, but you get the idea.

If they really are selling parts, I wonder if they are Chinese made.....a lot of factories in China have been shutting down at a fast pace because of the bad global economy.
