Filling void?

Filling void?
Ok, I honestly don't know WHERE to put this but umm, just want some help.
Ok, I inspected my subframe'* problem, the one of where it attaches to the unibody and it appears that all is well as far as stability for NOW. I'm just wondering what I can use as a filler for the hole there and then seal the bottom of it. I was thinking something like expanding foam, shaving it off, and then fiberglassing it off to seal it from the bottom? Or maybe just do like 2-3 coats of undercoating to the foam? Just something to stop water/dirt/salt, etc from getting up there and rotting it out from the topside.
The only thing i see as a prerequisite to that would be replacing the subframe bolts because the old ones are gettin a little funky, getting the old ones out will be a chore in itself without a dremel or something. Just want something to add a little bit of temporary ridgitity to the existing metal under there. There is also a hole in the floor that could be fiberglassed also.
SO, from all the body experts? whats your opinion?

Since you haven't included any of your famous pics on this thread, I can't remember exactly what you are dealing with. I remember that car being past the middle of the rusty scale, so I am guessing it is a large area. It might be best to go at it from the inside and form a fiberglass patch like Murray did if it isn't a structural region. That'* my best guess for a quick/cheap/easy fix.
I can't believe no one else has chimed in on this.
