What kind of headlights does he have? Does anyone know where I could find a set like this?

Make your own. The chances of you finding those headlights are slim, and going to be expensive. Grab a spare set of headlights [the regular kind]. Take them apart, and mount in two smaller fog lights, with a black plastic beizel [probably mod something in the original headlights for this]. Then if you want the plastic cover over them, you can, or leave them as-is with just the fogs. You certainly are a mod-man

same size as org lamps on Chevy vans from the 80'*.
But i have never seen that arrangement on any Swedish car.

OSG: That exactly what my plan was, to get a pair of foglights and mount them in an old headlamp assembly. I posted that subject a while ago. and I remember seeing a picture of those rectangular headlight bezels in North America. My goal was to make dual round headlamps. Thats why I bought clear headlight covers. But this looks similar and isnt as ghetto.
