thinking about changing the dash and center console

Well I've been egged on :twisted: by some other friends up here to change out the dash and center console, since I've got the 98'' SSEi interior, and it looks funny with the oldschool dash and interior. I think that it looks good already. But has anyone else tried this? :?
I'm on my way down to the yard to have a peek. Parts would be comming from a '92 SSE (Dash cluster has all the same parts- boost guage) center console would come out of the same 98 that the interior came from.
Let me know what you guys think. :D

Do you have the wiring to do it. Remember everything is control by the ECM....wow...it would be an interesting challenge :shock:

OK- it is possible- if you want to re-configure all the brackets, and wiring (like Jim said)
But I've wussed out- If I had a week of spare time maybe 8)
So that idea is back on the shelf. But I did install a strut tower bar today- what a major difference, painted it gold.....

STB was the best mod I did for that car..the 89SE, well that and the Magnaflow... :twisted:
