Yeah, I'll do it sometime. I just have to find the time. And the gaskets. But I think Drewski can help out there if fall else fails.

late reply to the topic (I missed it), but in terms of the "stuckness", let's just say I have some notches from pounding on the TB and/or manifold area near where they meet...

And a lateish update: I pulled off the intake tube and MAF screen and had a looksee at the TB. It actually looked pretty good. Way too good to bother with anyway. So, I consoled myself by removing, cleaning, and reinstalling my IAC. That didn't need it either, but I felt better. ;)
