Default Spark Plug Gap

I'm changing the spark plugs on my friend'* '91 Bonneville and I'm wondering what the gap would be. I don't have the car handy to look for a sticker under the hood or if it'* listed in the owners manual - if the manual is in the car?

Just want to make sure I know where to set the gap at so I don't have to pull them back out. Any help is greatly appreciated

Thanks

Awesome. That was the only number I found on a google search, but the website didn't look exactly trustworthy so I wanted to double check with a reputable website.

Thank you

I should probably ask this as well - how difficult is it to change them? Have I "opened mouth, insert foot" with this? I've done spark plugs on a few vehicles and most were easy except for one (Thunderbird Super Coupe was a real PITA)

Thanks

Not bad at all. The rear ones can be a bit challenging, especially the one on the driver'* side, but if you're good with braille...you can feel your way through it!

So my guess of 15 minutes may be off by a few minutes As long as they are accessible for the most part and not hidden under anything, I shouldn't have any problem.

Using braille.. that'* pretty much how I had to change them on a Super Coupe - they are part way down and a pain the rear to get to. Luckily I've got skinny arms and am sorta flexible

Thanks again

Melon...

Don't list to Kevin. He'* got that new fangled, pretty look car with 500 gadgets.

That LN3 old school H body you are aiming into is the same structure as 92-99 for under the hood. Plugs are a snap and easy to see, you can fire the blind person, no need. If it takes you longer than 15minutes to swap plugs then you goofed around while removing the strut bar.

haha It took me about 25 minutes to get it done. Not too difficult, but the back ones were kind of a pain. But the job is done and that'* all that matters. Somehow, I managed to catch my knuckle on something on the firewall and managed to bleed a little. I guess it wouldn't be working on a car if you don't bleed a little bit

Thanks for the advice and help
