Remove the belt(*) and turn each pulley by hand and also wiggle them. Any that feel bad or appear with excessive play should be replaced.

Let'* keep the posts seperate..
On the belt. you relieve tension from the tensioner. I think it'* a 15mm bolt. Then slip the belt off. Do the reverse to reinstall.

Marcelo:
Start a new post about your Bonneville failing to start again.
That'* what "Boosty" is trying to tell you above.
The "gearguys" are trying to solve so many on-line and hands-on problems, that you have to give each new or recurring problem a new post.
Otherwise, your new problems get buried deep in the forum and nobody sees them.
Ok ?
I guarantee you will continue to get help if you do this. Be sure to describe the new problem thoroughly. It may or may not be related to your old problem. It'* a lot of work to keep describing all the things that have been happening to your car, and then have to try the fixes, but if you really like your Bonneville (and yours is my favorite style), it'* worth it!
