No line pressure controls on that tranny( Electronic wise )... The only things controling the pressure are the Moudulator and the Throttle Valve in the on the valve body...

The older H bodies remained with the EFI 3800 and 4T60 without the E... Very strange year...

I will try unplugging the tranny wires. What is TCC? Torque Converter Lockup?
How can I fix the problem if it wont lock up? It shifts like new, and goes into OD fine, and I have never had a problem with it not locking up on a hill or what not. Thanks.

If the stalling is fairly random, then it may be safe to try the crank sensor... I think they are 25-30 bucks at the local auto parts store... Installing it may be another story all together... I have not replaced either of mine but I want to as they are all original...
I say this all of the time... Its hard to say exactly whats wrong as I can't be there to look at it.. Sometimes it takes a bit of patience to figure out what the problem is... usually its not really a large problem... Wish I could say there was no money factor involved in it tho..

Well, tore the side of the engine down and JB Weld the interruptor into place. Did it right.
The check engine light is OFF and the stalling problem I had is gone. It no longer stalls or stutters.
So, if you thought the stalling wasnt realated to the interruptor, your wrong. But know you know. I still am going to buy a 4cyl VW though.

At some point after you had the code 41, did you at any time have a dead battery or dissconnect the battery?
