This is crazy!
Today i got an estimate for a dealership to do an engine swap for me on my stock engine to an L67. first he gave me the price of the engine which was $3800 (ironic) then gave the price of the swap without the supercharger which came to $5200 then with the super charger it would cost $7300. This is a little out of my budget. so i have a few questions.
1. Does anyone know of a good place to get an L67 supercharged engine for a reasonable price.
2. Does the supercharger really cost $2000. Because if it does, DAMN i wasnt expecting that.
3. I live in NJ. So would any of the members here know of a another place that i can get an estimate from. \
Thanks guys

Ok...I was on hand pouring/drinking beer and snapping pics through most of the Randman project.
He found a guy that goes to car auctions. Bought a totalled car. Front end of frame bent. Then had it towed back and did the work all himself. Once or twice I put down my beer and camera...but I fought the whole time.
This is how he did it for a reasonable cost. Not sure what his end numbers were, I would like to think it was under $2,500
