Leaving Car Jacked Up/On Blocks With Air Ride....?

Hi, I've got some tires I need to put on this 91 SSE w/ the rear self-leveling system. Only problem is: Car is off the road and in storage, so I need to go put the car on blocks while I take the wheels to my garage to mount and balance. I'm only going to do 2 Wheels at a time, so the car would be sitting for about 24 hours with 2 wheels on it and blocks under the oppisite side. Now, I've been told two things that I need answered before I go about this ordeal: 1. In this Generation Bonneville; the Self-Leveling operates ALWAYS, meaning even when the vehicles Off, NO Key, No Drivers. True? and 2. Because of 1 the car's self-leveling system should be disengaged before going up on a lift (or blocks in this case) so as to not blow out the rear Air Suspension. Whats the Deal and what do you gentlemen recommend?

THANKS GUYS,
ROB :beerchug:

I've had mine up for a week without doing anything detrimental to the rear leveling. Maybe I got lucky, but I don't know why it would hurt it.

If you wanted to be safe, the leveling has a fuse. Pull it.
