I'm sorry, but it seems you're wrong.

The only thing I mentioned is the TCC and it is either bad or you did not read it correctly. One ohm is a near dead short. I'm not wrong.

The wording here might lead some to take some offence. carfixer007 appears to be wrong to you, but please keep in mind he is appears to be wrong from the other side of the Internet, for free, and with only your input to go by. I've been here a while and can't recall seeing carfixer007 be wrong yet. Either way, I agree 1 ohm is near dead short and either not a good reading and/or indicative of a problem that needs to be fixed.

I pulled the vacuum line from the transmission vacuum modulator and my overdrive is back to normal. Sure, it locked up very hard now and when I come to a stop, I also get a little kick from the transmission.
I guess, if there's an issue with the TCC solenoid, it won't lock up, with or without the vacuum modulator connected.
I will order a new 'adjustable' vacuum modulator and post the results.

This brings up a lot of questions in my mind. I'm looking forward to how this comes out.

This has nothing to do with his problem. makes me wonder why.
