Default Windows are sloooooooooooow!

Hi everyone,
My 1990 Bonneville SE'* windows are slow to go down and sometimes takes me 15 minutes to get them to go back up, especially when it is cool out. The drivers window is the slowest. Is there anything I could do aside from replacing the window motor?

I would replace the motor.
My windows were not working on my 1988 Olds Delta88. A bodyshop guy said the regulators were cracked and he replaced them. The windows work now, but they are kinda slow. I think eventually the motor will go. I wish he would have replaced the motor too.
