body kit?
i got a 1990 bonneville se and i wanted to put a body kit on it from a sse but i dont know how to go about finding one and the color dont matter im gonna paint it to match my car anyway

All it is are a few bolts and some plastic clippy things. I have not removed mine myself, but I have removed the side fascia once [both sides], and of all sides, that would be the hardest unless an LE/SE bumper varies from an SSE [I don't think it does].

The bumpers are easy to get off, ive had both mine off to sandblast and paint behind them. There might be extra screw holes that you would have to drill to make the SSE kit bolt up, but it shouldnt be a big problem. Look in your local papers for an SSE not running or something for really cheap.

If you do end out purchasing the body kit, don't give the junkyard the price they want. Tell them you'll think about it, and come back here. Most mechanics [including junkyard owners/employees] will overcharge the mis-informed, but will [most of the time] take the going rate on the item.
