Unless anyone knows where to get covers for a 1990, I'm thinking of doing this.
What stencils should I use?

You could use nightshade with a template on the lights so you could peel the template off after. Either way is fun.

Yea make like a flame design or somthing. tou could use the pontiac symb0l...who knows , anything could work.
