Default Lost a screw to the IAC

As the title says, I dropped and lost a screw to the IAC of my 1990 Bonneville SE when I took it out to clean it. Is it safe to temporarily drive it with just one and is there any easy replacement for it I can use?

Can't believe I did that but looking forwad to any advice.
