Default Problems starting...

My 91 SSE has been letting me down a LOT lately and I have no idea what the problem is. Just completely randomly it won't start. It won't even click...but the lights will turn on and everything electrical works. Sometimes if I wait about 20 min., and try starting it again it will start. Other times it takes more or less time...But it will always jumpstart. Do any of you have any Ideas? Thanks!

true. I had a similar problem on a '97 grand prix. The positive terminal actually twisted off as I tried to unscrew the cables. Check it out and see what you find.

If the headlights stay on when this happens you can try cleaning the connections but it is more likely the solenoid.

Watch the voltmeter. With a bad connection or battery it will go to nothing but a solenoid problem will only dip a little.
