MSD plug wires ?
Anyone using MSD plug wires on an '87 Bonneville ? I want to get a set for my dad'* car, but I need a part #. I'm thinking they might be the same as the ones for the Grand Prix GTP, since the series I engine is the earlier version of the series II. I have MSD wires in both my 89 TTA and my 98 Grand Prix GT, and it made a great diff in both.
Thanks in advance for any replies.

The best way to do it would be to messure your wires in your 87 and see if the approx. the same as the GTP. If I remember right the 87 had the Vin 3 in it and the Ignition Coil was centered at the back of the engine. Where the GTP Series II is at the left front of the engine.
V6 Pontiac Grand Prix 3.8L
Supercharged 1997-2000
Part Number: 32789
13", 42", 20", 40", 24", 44"
If some of the wires are not long enough it will be easier to get a universal set and cut them to size.

Thanks for the reply parallelcircuits.....I'm using the same MSD wires you are on my '98 Grand Pirx GT.......I don't have access to my dad'* car because he'* in clear across the country from me....so unless someone else has used some MSD wires, I'll have to email him a few questions.
