Default AC vent ?

Ive got a problem with my ac top vents. they, um dont work. air comes from the bottom snorkel looking vent thats in the middle of the dash near the floor, and a tiny bit out of the top od the dash, but nothing out of the main dash vents. wtf is goin on?

Yes!! Thanks a ton for that link mate. Peeped the vacuum hose under the dash, had nothing. Found a vacuum leak from a nelbow coming from a little deuce way check valve close to the booster. A little r-n-r and were back to normal vent operation.
