Merry christmas all.Im going to wreckers after christmas sometime for a starter ,what cars can I get one off other than sse.thanks

any olds 88, olds 98, park ave, lesabre, or bonneville. As long as it has a 3800 in it, it will work. There are differences with gear reductions and whatnot, but all of them will bolt right up and start the motor great. I've got a 95 S2 starter on mine... works fine.

Stock starter on top, gear reduced on the bottom
On the starter wires I had to actually bend and tweak a little, and when I was done I replaced all of the wire loom, you may want to do the same, the stuff gets really brittle and just falls off when you touch it
This is my broken trans mount vid... But it'll give you an idea...
