Where can i find the fluid capacities for my car? like coolant, trans, oil, and the rest, i know most of em, but i am just curious...

ok nevermind, im an idiot, i looked in my owners manual..yeah i know, duh...

Fuel - 18 Gals

Cooling System - 13.2 Quarts

Oil - 4 quarts

Tranny - 6 if just fluid drained and 8 if disand re-assembled

and AC is R12 at 2.9 lbs...now i know...

but no one responded so i guess they already knew i was an idiot

thanks jdq...im not sure how to respond to that... :?

and thanks jr for the cap update...good to know...it is usually so easy to change the oil on our cars, you just take a gallon sized bottle of oil and dump it all in...butur sayin maybe and extra half quart...now i have never overfiled a crankcase, but what happens if ou are .5 to 1 quart over?

If you overfill it the oil could foam up or you could damage a seal.
