Can't say I have, but I did find a leak in my radiator recently. I bought a brand new one off of ebay for $85 shipped, so if you can't get it fixed, there'* always that option.

Is this what your talking about?
There are two styles for your rad..
If it is you could just replace this first...
Your talking about only spending between $3 and $5 for either one from

I have..the o-ring can become dirty/clogged if you use that way to drain and never have done so before. Have seen a slight crack in the end tank that only appears when the car is up to temp.
