yeah... I still have it...
The bonneville that is. Decided to bring it home and give it a bath and fix a couple things and try some more. I don't have any before pictures, but let'* just say that a good amount of dust can accumulate in 9 months...
Now for the after shots...
TGP vents?
And for those wanting to try buckets in the rear, there may be an issue...
THe seat does not sit all the way back, and the mounting point is forward of the downturn. Now, this is an AL7, which is good because with the back part up, it sits about an inch and a half to two inches further back. Due to the location that I had the seat when it was out, the back was pushed forward, so it is not in the ideal spot. There is some reduced legroom as the front of this seat even as is is an inch or two further out than before. If this seat was not an AL7, you'd have to add another inch or two.
So for those considering it, you may have to do more work than originally thought.

I guess you could call it the "executive edition", eh?
Looks awesome! (I didn't even know you had a Bonneville!)
BTW, that'* an interesting conversion you did with the tail lights...

Ohhh, I wanna do that taillight conversion! I didn't know you could do that! Thats really cool!
Also, maybe some rear deck modification would help it work. also a modified center console with the regular AL7 controls, and maybe something really cool where the shifter goes, like...DVD?

Cool shes all clean again, as for the vents...I think it could look cool, but maybe a little more separated than shown in the 2nd pic, but closer than the 1st pic...maybe I can slightly see it in my head, lol

And yes, it is a 96-99 trunk and tails. It'* fairly straight forward, and when I find a better trunk lid to replace mine, I might take a photo montage to show the changes. Basically you need the trunk lid, tails, and trunk hinges to make it work. SE/SLE it works fine in, SSE/SSEi will set off the Lamp indicator (annoying). Still working on that one.
And right now, the list that I am trying to get done soon is:
Clean the interior
Replace carpet and padding
fix leak in firewall
check on the shocks up front (and maybe replace if I can get them in time)
fix the radio/climate control wiring (finally)
Replace the front bumper, fender, and door
fix lamp indicator
Attempt to figure out the rear bucket seats
Fix the lumbar on the seats
Check motor mounts.
That'* the short list. Hope to be able to drive it regularly next year.

well, I can definitely say I need new front shocks. Feels like I am in a boat going over waves instead of bumps on the highway...
Does autozone/advanced still sell the Energy suspension stuff over the counter? I need to get those too and haven't had a chance to get there this week (damn binghamton for not having convenient ones)
