Well i finally broke down and did it....(56k NO!)
... I put wax on my car , that right after a year of refussing to do it because i wanted to paint my car, I finnally dresided that because i have NFC when ill get time do do the body work and paint it, that i didnt want to be driving around in a dull looking car anymore.
So i went out and bought these
(car duster was a B-day gift from dad
Heres what i looked like before, after a wash with dish soap
Now for what i looked like after the clay bar and wax
Here'* a nice reflection shot with the Cottage in the backround
thu the biggest problem is when everything else is shinning so nicly that the damaged paint shows up even more
BONUS PIC!: I did this all at the cottage and on my way up i saw one of these for the first time

Wow ! You can really see the difference after the clay bar and wax. Now, where abouts is your cottage ? That is definitely the 401 or 400 that you're stuck on ! We were supposed to head up to the French River up by Sudbury there (Alban is the exact place where our cottage is) but the engine on my Bonny decided to hydro lock so we couldnt go.

Peter:
Great job as always. You are the master with the buffer!
Awesome shine with the Techwax. I attended a Megs Clinic last month in Baltimore and was impressed by the shine and the clarity.
I would be interested in your professional opinion after 2 months of wear on the finish.

There'* nothing like getting a black car all shined up - the harder the color to keep clean, the better it looks spotless!! I'm loving those wheels and tires too.
Nice ride you spotted on the road there - looks familiar to me
It makes me lean toward tinting the windows now.
