Thanks all !! Yutz is right. NY is 70%. So far I haven't been hassled by the police, and I've driven by ALOT lately. I'm sure it depends on the day they're having if they want to stop you or not...

I have a set of the chrome torque star rims in waiting, but haven't decided on what I want to do yet. Torque stars, powder coat mine (or some grang prix 5 spokes) a glossy black, or aftermarket. Something with some muscle... like this http://www.tsw.com/alloy_wheels_Vortex.php
