my guess would be the same one we use on our doors.
the other 3 buttons would be to let someone in while your sitting in the car.

Well I have 2 chords...a lock and one to open the door...if someone finds them....well...there isn't much I can do lol and yes there are only 3 buttons, one for every door except the drivers door...and if the doors are locked they cannot be opened but any of the buttons but can by the chord....

ps and thats not my air bag thats a car cover hahaha

You know how older cars had pull strings to pop the hood? It'* cool that you have some hidden cords for opening the doors, but once someone sees how you do that, it could be dangerous. See if you can get a pull cord to pop the hood and access an AC power cable compartment that lets you unwind a large cord to plug in your car and charge it up to open the doors. I think it'* at least a little bit safer, and it'* a cool addon as well so you don't have to open your door to pop the hood.

yeah its funny you say that...I had an idea cross my mind about that...just have a pull cord on the outside of the car for the hood, and hide a pull cord up closer to the wheel well under the hood for the door...im not 100% sure what I wanna do with that tho

Nice. I installed a set of those in a custom '50 Ford. Pretty easy install IMO.

Yeah they're easy to do as long as you know a little bit of basic wiring and have a lot of time on your hands...it does take a nice chunk of time

Why not add a kill switch or two? Just wire it into an ignition circuit or the fuse for the fuel pump and flip the switches when you leave.

Leave one in plain sight so a potential thief might try it, but hide the second one really well so that the thief will give up after the first switch didn't work. "Thief" and "smart" are generally mutually exclusive entities.
