ugh, you cannot judge any headlight pics unless you know what iso/shutter speed is being used. If it is on auto and adjusts for the pic in the dark, it is going to make the headlights look crazy bright. If you want to retrofit projectors, you first need headlights without patterned glass, such as 96-99, (not a direct swap) and then you need to mount the projectors by sawing up the headlights and then it'* basically plug and play from there. Also blue lights do blind people, trust me I've done a ton of lights. If you run HID lights in your housings, make sure you adjust them really well to not glare into other drivers mirrors, windows, and just try to make a good judgment call.
