Adventures of Kenn and Jeff
Well, taking advantage of the beautiful Chicagoland weather on Saturday, I ventured up to meet Kenn and screw around with our cars. Kenn needed some stereo work done (my specialty) and I needed some parts/tools from AutoZone (Kenn'* specialty).
So it begins:
Kenn is discouraged at the filthyness of his engine bay. He knows those rear sparkplugs are gonna be a headache.
Jeff tackles cutting out the original "gain" control and mounting the Kenwood EQ as well as securely mounting the deck.
Wiring up the amp and subs is simple enough, but why ain't there no sound??!?!?!
-oh, perhaps i should plug in the RCA'*... freakin genius...
Mechanical work is done, now its time for asthetics. Git that dashboard good Kenn!! Oh, and those rims look like they're supposed to!!
The two Bonnies all nice and clean as the sun kisses the horizon... (ok, i'm a dork)
Kenn'* proud of his "mini-me." If you've met Kenn, you'd understand the size pun.
Jeff'* proud of his Bonnie too. Well, perhaps thankful is a better word- thankful for 367,868 maintenance free miles
Jeff LOVES his new SilverStars!! Why have i waited till now to get these???
A final look at Kenn'* SilverStars before nightfall sets in.
It was a fabulous day to be outside. Much was accomplished, and with minimal anxiety as well.
Is it gonna be nice next weekend??

Thanks guys. Hey Taylor- i been crazy busy with school. Its really good, but also really busy... I'm going to be working at a camp again this summer, so I'm doubting i'll make many, if any shows. I had a theft over Christmas- took everything out of the trunk... I've replaced the Eclipse with another, the US Amps with a Kicker ZR600, the crossover with another one, and i'm still shopping for a front stage amp.
Hit me up on IM sometime: jeffybayne
