Yes because of the U-bend. All W-Bodies have a U-bend, which was designed to protect the O2.

Both posts right on the mark. The M90 spinning the same RPMs on all L67s were advertised @ 7psi stock. The inflated numbers are due to boost stacking. Lose the Ubend, give it a 3" DP and a nice free-flowing exhaust, and a 3.4 on a ported blower case will top out in 2nd @ around 10.5 -10.8psi ( that'* what I'm running, plus a Plog up front, and a ported rear still sitting on the bench.
