Default painted supercharger and cover....

Well, after dipping the supercharger parts in acid and cleaning them the supercharger had no paint left on it. So I decided to get creative with the paint...

I hope you used High Temp paint or it will start to peel off with the temps that the */C produces

Yea, I used 750 or 1200 degree paint, dont remember. Oh, that halo is not even opened yet either... so many halo games =)

The original paint on the SC was designed to dissipate the heat. Painting over that, or stipping it and using an inferior paint will trap more heat in the SC. I'd suggest stripping it again and leaving it, or finding a paint with heat-transfer properties.

Yea what extra heat its containg cant be too bad. Anyways its not a big concern to me because a new longblock will be going in towards the end of summer

Like the look, maybe I'll try to find some black paint that'll dissipate heat well.
On the other hand, I might try to find some that'd match my body-color!
