About the only difference I see is 8MP. I was never fond of a DSLR having HD video. Should have never been incorporated that into a camera so I won't count that option. Having 8 more MP only means his resolution will be bigger, and it won't effect quality. Unless your into large format printing.
Now, the quality of the images themselves is based on a few things...the shooter, settings and lens. And I won't count Photoshop either.
