take the money and fix it your self. you can do it for alot cheaper then what an auto body shop would charge. then you can buy the ram air hood, and some other goodies with the money you wouldnt have to pay the shop.

Man, I can only imagine how pi$$ed off I'd be if that happened to me. I have a first-rate lawyer, and that'* the way I'd recommend you go. Any investigator can look up the guy'* tag and track him down, then take him to the cleaners in court. The police don't have a vested interest in locating him except as a matter of routine follow up. You, however, have a financial stake in it. If it were me, I'd be on the phone with my lawyer, and we'd be tracking this guy down. Seriously, give some thought to going with a good attorney.

well im assuming the guy dosnt have much money seeing as how no license and ins...... the bags didnt go off cuz i ded centered him.. lol and as far as damage... i know i screwed up his gate good, just about rolled his bumper totally under... yea i railed him good..

heres an update the guy driving the truck borrowed it from a lady, he was supposed to either be using it for somethin or fixing something on it.... lol but after i hit him.. both him and the lady'* truck disappeared.. so now hes got a H&R AND GTA!!!
