Default The 'Lure - My new ride

I think it'* about time I made a thread about the new car. Its a 2007 Buick Allure I picked it up last month. 132k kms on the 3800 Series III, loaded with almost every option available on the CXL, and in great shape, minus a few scratches. So far, the only mods are a WAI for the winter, which will probably become a FWI by the summer, and some Sylvania low beams. Future mods I'm thinking about are a Magnaflow muffler, interior LED conversion to cool white LEDs, maybe some tint, and I'm playing around with the idea of blacking out the grille and getting some HID bulbs.

The day I brought it home:

My parents' 09 Impala Parked in front of it.

I love this color. It looks great washed.

Haha yeah, that was a result of a 4 hour trip on the highway. It was all clean(ish) two days later.

Even if a model showed up at my door looking like that...it would be "hit the shower babe"

Overall like the car, I know U will get better photos this spring once the polish hits the paint and roads are dry.

No doubt,I wonder how much salt NY has used in the last month alone?
Really a bad winter with super cold to ice, snow storms.
And then if you don't like the weather wait a minute it might change ..

Mine has too. Its at the point where its not worth it to wash the car because after 5 minutes of driving, its a mess again.

Ditto. Damn NY salt is eating everything again. Every weekend I run to the car was for a quick rinse.
