Yep as it stands it just has a 305 but that will change very soon also and i will take it to the track for test n tune.My idea behind the cage was not only that but for rigididty sense its a t top car along with the frame connectors that and partial mounting for my harnesses Also i need to tear some interior stuff out anyway as somewhere along the line it was converted from white to black and instead of finding black interior plastic they painted it and its starting to flake off here and there..but the carpet and door panels ae brand new in black lol still has the orig whiteish floor mats

Posts like a Supercharger
Subframe connectors are a must in a F-body even more so in a T-top car!
IDK about the cage it'* really not needed as the SFC will make a world of improvement.
Well can't wait to see pics of this beast in progression!!!

my firebird has t-tops. i put the sfc'* on mine but people also tell me if i dont do a 6pt cage too im going to start getting cracks. i dont have a cage at all i really need to do that.
i had a 86' 305 for my third engine, had it tuned up pretty good, a couple mod'*, 3.23'* posi, 700r4. best i could get was 10.4 1/8th. at the time i bought a new 5spd neon for my DD and dead stock it would run 10.0. so that inspired me to get the 355 crate engine, theres something wrong when your dd is faster than your hobby car.
