They were Thrush Turbo mufflers Part number: 17713
2 1/4" offset inlet, 2 1/4" center outlet (reversible, but our mufflers on our cars are offset in, center out anyways)

Now our exhaust on the 2000+ Bonneville'* is 2" I guess, and the stock mufflers have a 2" inlet and 2 1/4" outlet, which I did not know, I thought it both the inlet and outlet were 2 1/4" so I got the 2 1/4" thinking the whole exhaust was that size.

So if you decided to go with a 2" inlet/outlet muffler instead the part number for that is 17711

Thanks a bunch! I looked these up and they don't even run $25 a piece from Summit. So I'm thinking they'll be even less with my Military discount!

Yup, they are cheap.

I paid $27 a piece for them at Advance Auto Parts.

That was the cheapest part of my exhaust actually, the most expensive part was the instalation. Back in MN where I grew up I had exhaust work done on just about every car I owned. Could have easily had these mufflers/tips installed for $40 or so. I loved that shop.

Cost me $100 down here in FL and that was "cheap" apparently lol. All the other shops I checked with wanted between $150-200 to install 2 mufflers! I almost fell over when they told me that.

The biggest problem was my tips were much longer than the stock tips and they had to re-bend the angle of the pipes at the inlet of the muffler, then custom bend some new short pieces of pipe at the outlet just before the tip.

Oh well I am happy with the results and I think it looks great.. speaking of that I am gonna head back out and finish up on my most recent mod I am working on and then head out for a photo shoot so you all can see how she looks these days

Here in this part of FL it'* about $30 or so for a muffler install with no piping. So I might be able to come away for around $100.

I'd say if you are leaving the stock tips then you should be able to pull that off. What part of FL is Crestview in?

That second video is sweet. That under shot is sexy to me. Does that sound weird? Stainless steel?

Northwest. We call it lower Alabama. I can drive an hour north or an hour west and be in Alabama.
