in 93 pontiac made a SLE- H4U is the RPO code. this is the first year of the option code Pontiac made this to compete with the European market Benz, BMW, etc...
H4U-
Rear deck Spoiler
Leather Power seats
3.06 Gear Ratio
Crosslace wheels
traction control is optional
Chrome trim on the 93 black on the 94-95
special boddy cladding
Now the years 93-97 the SLE was in the SE body. It could be had with a supercharger in 95-97. In 98 the SLE shared the body with the SSE/i. the SSE was discontinued in 2000 and the SLE replaced it.
the SLE was not baged untill 98 when the Badges appeared on the front doors

SLE = SE with higher trim package
SSE = top of the line trim package without SC (SC was optional on SSE some years)
In a nutshell. The "oddball" Bonnevilles I bet were ordered by its first owner and had build options.

If your car is an SLE, then it would have the fogs right beside the front plate, and SSE body kit.
Granted there are 40th Anniversary SE'* out there with the special badging. The 40th Anniversary SSEi is quite rare.
