You are correct about being at the right place.
BTW... Welcome to the club of black. When clean..it'* awesome..the rest of the time.. yeah..torture.
If you plan valve cover gaskets, hold off until you are doing LIM'*. I wish I had. At that point they are much easier to get at. I'd probably hold off with plugs and wires as well if it'* running ok.
My comment about the trans was because it'* ADDICTIVE (not that I'd know ). Couple black Ei'* were smoking off the excess rubber last night..lol With a stage 3 plan, you'll need a trans w/o a question. I know the place to go also.
Oh...and holler at Haro for that threaded rod, washers and nuts. You need to hockey puck that motor mount.

Nice find, Hans.
It will be fun for you to bring this Bonne back to life. Enjoy your project.
Sounds like somebody was leaving twin stripes around Twin Falls, last night.

Nice score Hans!!! Im almost scared to admit that I paid more for my 97 than you did for your 00.
Have fun building it up. Im looking forward to seeing your progress!!!
Oh and as far as laying the rubber down, at least you can tell the locals that your foot got stuck in the WOT position and that you didnt mean to do it!! lol

It also needs new mirrors and has some pretty serious sratches everywhere....talk about license plate dents...people suck at parking in L.A. ....no rust though, there is a baseball size oil leak in my garage last night, hoping its the oil pan gasket not the main seal.
Heres some daylight pics
still looks pretty good for over 150k for a normal car that was never really taken care of.

NO HOOD BUBBLING wtf.
I get a lot of odd looks in this car, I had these hoter chicks pointing and staring at the door badges, that must mean they need to come off. I'll probably keep em though.
