I just finished my new Flash website for my 95 SSEi. I still need to refine it a bit but check it out.

Cool ride man. Hey, how much did the 255/50'* help handling?

I can enter cloverleaf'* doing around 75+ and exit around 55. The whole time hugging the inside lines with little or no tire squeal. The wider tire helped to prevent leaning in the corners. There good enough that I won't go back to a stock tire again!

My friend has a 97 Grand Marquis that has stock tires, which are a lot thinner, but he can't handle nearly as good as I can on wet, snowy, and rough surfaces. The only downfall is when you hit those large sheets of black ice or deep puddles. The car then loves to hydroplane over.

The fun part was fitting then inside the wheel well. They have an overall height that is 1/2 inch shorter than stock but they are roughly 10 1/2 inches wide. At full wheel lock they just barely touch the plastic guard on the frame inside the front wheel wells. Also, in the rear they had to hammer the welded lip from the trunk and the quarter panel out of the way so it wouldn't pop the tire when the shocks compressed.

Unfortunately I got the last set of 4 sold in MN. They have supposedly discontinued the GT+4 line. The replacements for the GT+4 '* are about $50+ more a tire.
