im sorry but they look like wagon wheels...maybe a lil smaller?

are they chrome or white.. i cant tell

chrome....the reason they are so big is because they only come in 20 and 22...and in lug patterns that dont fit our cars...I love the rims, but will never be able to have them on my bonne.

the rear wheel throws off the look of the rims. if you cover the back half of the car it looks better, IMO. I got lazy.
