Check this out & tell me if any of you guys would snap like a dried piece of drift wood if this happened to you. OK First off I'm 43 years old 6'5" 268 lbs soaking wet I have drilled wells & Installed pump systems for the same company for the past 23 years then the Co. changed hands a couple of years ago & I stayed on board. I never met the new owner because he never came around. Then one day these two immigrants show up & I'm instructed to teach them the ropes. You just cant teach two non English speaking people 23 years of experience in a month , you just dont, you cant. So I didn't teach them squat , there are key things you do when drilling , key things you listen for & feel for, a drill rig is much like a woman If you listen to her and pay attention to her she will tell you everything you need to know. Just by sound and feel she will tell what your drilling through & in turn that will tell you how much down force you want to use ect.ect. & you tell by the sound of the rig. Long *** story short they hired these two immigrants who had some drilling experience at a cost to the co. of less than they were paying me for the two of them. You should have seen the managers faces when I started wheeling out all the tools that were mine that I loaned the company Thank god I kept my receipts folks. This guy stops me .. "You no can take tool wif you" WE need tool here for job.TO BAD'O, EL TOOL O , IS EL MINE O . .Osama get the %$#^& out of my way before you end up in ICU & No folks I'm not a violent person at all but I was very mad that day. So I took all my tools all the literature that I had ordered on the rig all the information on how to get replacement parts. After all that & instead of returning with my 44 & my shot gun and cleaning house like most people would have done



I called all their "would be suppliers" who are also and my good friends most of them anyway, the salesmen & women I acquired all these years and told them all what happened & how they **** canned me after I showed them the ropes. The first well they tried to drill.., with what I considered " MY Rig" they used to much down force & twisted off over 300' of drill rod & lost it in the hole thats 10'* of thousands of dollars gone, Now they cant find where to buy new rod and when you call an American Steel CO. with an Arab accent wanting to buy 300' of drill rod..You may as well be calling the US Army and ask for a tank LOL Did I mention these scum bags even tried to fight my unemployment money ..they wanted to leave me with nothing WTF .I never did anything to them & that really pissed me off try taking food off my table "themas fighting words"

Then it hit me why would a bunch of Arabs want to buy a deep well drilling Co.?
So I called the F.B.I. Let them handle it . I heard that not one of them had a personal drilling license so they lost their right to drill in the State of Ma.all together. They thought they bought the license when they bought the Co. & that was the law 20 years ago. Now had they kept me LOL. My old boss told them too "Make sure you keep Rick around your gonna need him to drill". I never taught them crap & I removed all the handle guides ..the things that tell you what each handle does up down left right ECT. Hey let them spend years & years of trial & error .Some things money just cant buy!

Oh by the way I turned down the $50 an hour besides the F.B.I. is investigating these knuckle heads.
Now If I can just get a small business loan. I may be able to make something happen 90% of South Plymouth and parts of Cape Cod is mostly well water. We have one of the best aquifers in the country. & I aim to keep it that way!!! Sorry about the rant but I needed to get that off me chest . So anyone need a seasoned Veteran Well Driller/ Pump mechanic / Water filtration specialist?

On that, a moonroof is just a window in the roof that pops up to vent out air. A sunroof is either able to slide fully open or do both.
