2003 SSEI Bonneville
Wow !!!
You guys don't miss a thing. ( Shows the great quality of our group)
I pulled up some other photos in my folder and sure as heck ...
I am traveling right now so I can't go look at the car directly.
Will look into this and get that fixed, Any suggestions ???
Yes, I did run a carfax report and it came back clean.
The car was purchased at Morries in Minnesota. ( not promoting any company here)
Simply knew what I wanted and did the Autotrader Search.
One owner and it was very well taken care of ,service records etc.
Thanks everyone for your kind replies,I really enjoy this Club !!!!

that badge should be an easy fix. take it off by running dental floss or fishing line behind the badge to get it off. some goo gone will remove the adhesive, and then you can just get some good 3M red double sided tape to get the badge stuck back on, in the correct spot
car looks great

Carfax is just about useless IMHO. I would hope that someone just replaced the badge for an odd reason, and mis placed it.
I would look over the easy stuff though that are tell tell signs of a repair. Blend lines are the first suspect. Look inside jambs for soft lines on radius areas or under seals. On a door look at the very edge of the door for a line just past the edge towards the inside. Shrink lines in the paint are another easy one. They will show up in various ways depending on what they are from. Body filler can shrink & stand out very easily as well as sand marks from coarse paper that didnt get sanded properly.
Sorry, not trying to fart on your thread but being a body man just thought I would point out the obvious. A mis placed badge is sometimes one of the first indicators though of previous work. And if someone was careless enough to put the emblem in the wrong spot it, can be an easy indicator of their body repair ability as well.
