4.9 I6 5SPD it has alot of new parts so many im not going to list but runs good as hell

Nice truck for $150. That I-6 is even torquier than the 5.0 of the era by something like 10 lb/ft, but with 5 hp less. If I had the chance I'd hit it too for $150.

Exactly. Which also is why I friggin hate emissions testing.

there are 2 reasons rust fails inspection... coming from a NH licensed inspector (me)
1. Sharp edges.. all sharp edges on a vehicle fail inspection, if you can cut yourself it fails.
(stupid people safety measure)
2. rot holes supposedly allow exhaust gasses into the car..

RUST does not fail ROT HOLES do.

Is that an EFI motor? The intake on our 87 only had one snorkus. Gotta love that torque, huh? We had the 4-spd stick though, andRWD only. :(

Good workin engine, although it looks like the ford mechanics just threw a bunch of parts together, closed the hood and hoped for the best.
