Making Sparks fly
So I finally got a change to cut and grind the shitting welds and adapters off my series 80. Here are some pics pretty sweet I think love the smell of molten mettle.

If these were my welds I would not be showing these pictures. it was horrible. Some of the welding globs were a half inch think. I eventually gave up and just the "lets" shorter just inside the old adapter

Thank I can wait. the guy that is hooking me up with the reducers and turn down made fun of me. why 80series should have gone 50 series. I said this was free and I commute in cop territory ha

Dan I would like you to know as you can see the reflections I had safety glasses on z87'* but no mask that was a mistake. I was blowing rust out my nose for an hour.

Since having Lasiks...I'm a safety goggle junkie.
Got about 10 pairs. some even have tint. Face shield is a must for going under and dealing with rust.
