Little road trip.
Got a little bored waiting to meet up with some friends so I drove around and took some pics. Not too shabby for using a phone camera and the fact the car hasn't been washed for a long time (better get on that).

I really like the first one.
4th one caught my eye and had to look up that itty bitty sign...

Yeah, it'* a bit of a tourist trap but still cool. The scenery up in that part of Nebraska is actually really good photo shoot material. Even better if you go up into the free range ground, but I don't think I'll be taking my car on those "roads" again lol. Good thing I'm replacing the struts over Christmas break.

I'll be posting some new pics of the back end after I get my new GXP rear bumper painted and put on, but the way things are going with the suspension, it'* looking like maybe march before I can afford to get that done (just about replaced everything but the bushings in the control arms).

Surprisingly, I cannot find any reference as to a list of what was used in the making of Carhenge.

Mike, you have to go there to know. If I remember right he used what he had laying around the place when it was constructed.
Nate, thanks. It should put to rest all those rumors of Nebraska being flat lol. I've got some ideas for the next photo shoot I'm going to do when I get the new bumper on a and she'* all clean. It'* to bad that all the really big hills that would look sick in the background are along a major highway that is always busy.
